Yoga

Wellness Within invites the connection to inner wisdom through Hatha yoga. It is our intention to introduce you to a complete experience with yoga.

Using a combination of Hatha Yoga with breath work Betsy Cozart, our certified teacher, will work with you to reduce stress, restore vitality, improve flexibility and increase strength. You will find that the practice of yoga will allow you to respond to life with more poise and equilibrium and non-attachment.
